Living Our Call: Faith in Action

Moving from Individual Faith to Shared Mission

“As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace.” — 1 Peter 4:10. During October, the Evangelism and Stewardship Committee has prepared activities to help our parish work together and continue being a committed, welcoming community. Our call invites us to take God’s love, mutual care, welcome, and service beyond the parish walls. Evangelism means sharing authentically where we see God at work; stewardship means faithfully using our time, relationships, skills, spaces, and resources in a shared mission.

Sports Day: A Celebration of Joy and Fellowship

Our community came together for a day of sports, fellowship, and joyful time together.

We are grateful to everyone who participated, to those who helped organize the event, and to the families and guests who joined us for Sports Day. The joy, fellowship, and spirit of community made this gathering a meaningful moment in our parish life.

Rev. Can. Luis F. Cáceres Installed as Rector of St. Christopher’s

With gratitude and joy, St. Christopher’s Episcopal Parish celebrates the installation of Rev. Can. Luis F. Cáceres as Rector. The ceremony brought together parish organizations, ministries, congregations, family, friends, staff and members of the community in an expression of unity, faith and hope for the future of our church. We are grateful to those who participated in person and to those who joined through our digital platforms. We pray that God will continue to guide our parish with faith, wisdom and unity in this new chapter.

2027 Prayer Calendar

The Prayer Calendar Committee is accepting names for birthdays, anniversaries, and memorials. The cost is USD 4.00 per name. Outstanding balances from previous years must be paid before October 31, 2026; otherwise, names will be excluded. Contact Roberto Murdock or Patricia Young for more information.

Please confirm name renewals for the 2027 calendar by October 31, 2026. New names are also accepted through that date. The calendar is projected to be sent to the printer on November 5, 2026.

Bible Month

Throughout September, we will celebrate the month dedicated to the Book of Books with activities that help us discover the treasures contained in the Bible. To participate, read and share.
